Terms of Service (ToS) will be subject to change and updates when needed.If you, the client, have been selected, you will be contacted and given a slot where discussion of the commission commences before it is started. Work will be via queue system, so there might be some time until the client is contacted for further discussion after notification.The client will be notified if they have been added to the active queue. There is no absolute guarantee of moving from the waiting list.Payment will be the full amount up front after cheking the final sketch in all the cases.Payment must be trough my Paypal link only and put the "friends and family" option , also , avoid any "commission" "nsfw" "artwork" or related descriptions on the payment for me , the artist , safety.I, the artist, reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission for any reason. In the event of cancellation, payment for the work already completed will be held back from refund. Payment must be available when requested at the time of contact, to be paid within 2 days. If you do not have that available, your slot will be forfeited.The client will be kept up to date throughout the commission process and will be able ask for changes and edits at each step. However, after confirmation of each step, certain changes will be locked in. As example, you've confirmed the pose in the gesture sketch, the pose cannot be altered later.The final art piece is for the personal use by the client only, and not for resale or commercial use without explicit permission from myself, the artist. I, the artist, reserve the right to use the art pieces as examples to promote my work.I, the artist, reserve the right to upload work. In which case, the client can request to be kept anonymous.
